Q. Where is the show located?
A. We are located in Orlando Florida, at the Rosen Plaza 9700 International Drive Orlando, Florida 32819 (407) 996-9700

Q. Will you be relocating the show?
A. NOT at this time.

Q. Do you have any other shows during the year?
A. NO. We have one show per year. There are no plans to add additional shows.

Q. Are you affiliated with other shows?
A. NO. We are independently owned & operated.

Q. What days are the show open to the public? How much are tickets? Can they be purchased in advance?
A. We are open to the public everyday. Tickets are $10.00 per person, per day. NO tickets will be sold in advance.

Q. Do you allow children on the show floor?
A. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. If your child damages or breaks anything you will be held legally responsible.

Q. What size are your tables? Do they come covered and skirted?
A. Booth tables are 7 foot long. They do come covered and skirted.

Q. What color is the pipe and drape, and table coverings?
A. ALL Black.

Q. Do booths/tables come with Banquet tickets?
A. NO. Banquet tickets are sold separately.

Q. What size are the tables in a booth, and how many come in a booth?
A. Booth tables are 7 foot long 10×10 booths come with 1 table.

Q. Is electricity included/available?
A. Electricity is NOT included in your booth purchase. You may purchase this option separately.

Q. Am I allowed to display props?
A. Yes

Q. Do you allow banners to be displayed?
A. Yes

Q. Do you provide banners?
A. NO. We only provide table tents with the exhibitors name on them. We recommend Vista Print for all your needs.

Q. What time can we get in to set up our booths?
A. Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Q. Would it be possible for me to get in any earlier?
A. NO.

Q. Will I be able to ship my items ahead of time to have stored at the Rosen Plaza?
A. We are working out the details of your Shipping options

Q. Will there be someone available to help me move my boxes to my booth?
A. YES. We will help you, if you need help.

Q. Is there a shipping center at the Rosen Plaza to have my items shipped back to me following the show?
A. We are working out the details of your Shipping options

Q. Is there is shuttle service to the Rosen Plaza from the airport?
A. We are working out the details of your shuttle options

Q. Is there a charge for parking at the Rosen Plaza?
A. Yes, $8.00 parking rate

Q. Will I be able to purchase banquet tickets at the show?
A. NO. Banquet tickets MUST be purchased prior to the show, per the catering dept.’s request.
